Support Group for Mothers of Children with Special Needs
When a child is diagnosed with a disability, the entire family is changed
and must adapt. Sometimes, with multiples it may be one or more of the
children. Please join us if you are interested in meeting women facing
similar challenges that are unique to having multiples (but may be different
to the challenges of parenting “typically developing” children). Besides
offering parent-to-parent support and understanding, we discuss
recommendations for IEP strategies, community workshops and other relevant
topics.
This group is run by parents for parents.
