If you are already signed up for the website, go to www.screamindailydeals.com and sign in.  Click on My Account.  In the middle of the page, Edit your Community Reward Beneficiary.  Type Saddleback Mothers of Multiples Club (it is not part of the drop down bar).  Hit Save Account Detail.
